Terms of Service

1. Provider

The service is provided by MaxStrategy s.r.o., Company ID 21972001, registered address Kurzova 2222/16, Stodůlky, 155 00 Prague 5, Czech Republic ("Provider").

2. Scope of Service

The Provider offers digital tools and related services for processing business receipts, including data extraction, organization, and export functionalities.

3. Account and Access

• You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure.
• You must provide truthful and up-to-date account information.
• The Provider may suspend access if required by law, security, or abuse prevention.

4. Billing and Plans

• Paid plans, limits, and billing cycles are shown in the application.
• If billing is overdue, account access may be restricted according to your plan rules.
• Plan changes and cancellations follow the billing conditions shown during checkout.

5. Data and Processing

• You remain responsible for the legality of uploaded documents and data.
• The Provider processes data to deliver the service and its core features.
• Service telemetry and logs may be used for security, diagnostics, and reliability.

6. Liability

The service is provided with reasonable professional care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to foreseeable damages directly caused by proven breach of obligations.

7. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. Account deletion and data export options are available in the application settings.
